I have read many post saying that you need to keep you LCD<=95 degree F. What is the dangerous temp for melting fresnels?

I think the fresnels are acrylic? (PMMA or polymethylmethacrylate) That material has a melting point of just over 100C or ~200F. In short, if you keep your LCD happy your fresnels should be okay too. Hope that helps.

Edit: Not sure if they're acrylic but they're definitely going to be more thermally robust than the LCD.

Yeah, they are acrylic.

Usually problems with the fresnels come with them warping after long times of exposure to the heat. But it can be prevented by having a solid frame to mount the fresnels in.

As I very recently saw a post about someone having a bowed front fresnel I feel compelled to point out that by "solid frame" Litherish - I believe - means the frame itself must be rigid and resistant to bending; however, the fresnels must still be allowed to move within the frame due to thermal expansion they will undergo during projector use. :)
