Can this combination work with a 17" monitor.. Pro fresnels with S15 Triplet? Or do the objective lens and fresnel have to be the same Focal Length?

The field fresnel and triplet need to be approximately the same focal length to get an evenly focused and lit projection. If you try using a 650mm fresnel with the LL standard triplet, the size of the light cone at the triplet's focal point will still be too big to fit inside the triplet.

what he said.. the results would not be good.. not good at all. standard triplet needs 317 or 330mm field fresnel
