Games on the big screen What are some good games you have played?

Any good suggestions for games that just seem to perform better on a big screen? (50" and up)
I have played Resistance: Fall of Man, and I have to say it has got to be one of the best FPS's I have ever played. It keeps the right amount of action and is truelly a next gen game graphics and physics wise. It also rocks on a big screen.
My reference size screen is 88.5" for a "big screen" and 27" for a "small screen".

Games Which Are Better On The Projector, What really benefits from the big screen.
Another topic that may be of interest... Should console and PC gaming be 2 seperate forums?

I already said in the other thread that driving games are my personal favorite. Need for Speed: Underground 2 I have for both XBox and the PC, though it's the PC version that gets more play, due to my having a steering wheel for my PC, but not for my XBox. I also have Midnight Club 2 on both platforms, though I have Midnight Club 3 for XBox only. I also have Flatout 1 & 2 on both platforms.
I haven't played Burnout 3 on the projector yet, but I plan to.
Driving games in particular I like. I take a 3rd person view on the smaller screens, but I'll take a first person view on the big screen.
Hmmm... I think driving games are the majority of my XBox games, actually.

My 10.6" PLOG -- 10.6" LCD, standard triplet, LL eBallast, double-ended lamp & pro reflector

I know about the other threads, in fact, I think I even posted in one of them, but not sure. But those were geared more towards games on projectors only, I started this thread for good games in general.

Yeah, I have to say that racing games definitely have the biggest impact on a big screen as apposed to a small screen.
I have only played Burnout 1, but I liked it. However, I did think that it was a little... short.
I am quite partial to the Need for Speed series though. I have NFS Carbon for PS3 and it rocks. I also like Forza Motor Sports as well.

For some reason i like playing GTA SanAndreas on a big screen to. With the big enviornment that it has, its pretty cool when you feel like your the one walking around.. Plus i think its 420p on the xbox.

For my birthday my whole family came over and we all played rock band on the PJ. There was about 10 people huddled around the screen with only 4 spots to play. I was pretty surprised how into it they were, some being over 50 and not never played a video game. There is such a good variety of songs that its fun for everyone. From my 14 year old cousin who sang fall out boy to my mom who sang "Last Train to Clarksville" by the Monkees. Although the $170 price tag might be a little steep, its a pretty good value, including a guitar, microphone, drums, and the game. Soooooooo check it out!
Edit: Played this on the 360.

Rock Band was the most fun I've had with my 360 with all my family on my 110 inch pj. It was just awesome.
I really enjoyed playing Resistance with my son in split screen. We both had a 55 inch screen
Also the Burnout Paradise is rock'n the house now. Racing games on the big screen is the only way to go.

yes,, we got the wii for xmas,, it is awsome ,,bowling great, tennis great ,,the golf great ,well there all great. Dont' worry about the graphics that people complain about,, there is no game systme like it and it will get better as more games come out. We did get a golf game the silly ones, we took it back and got something else but the tiger woods will be coming for us and the fishing one also.Raving raymond rabbits(or somehting like that) is the weirdest game I played and in the movies when you have to text others is insane .Bowling is like you are in the alley itself on pj.

My son came to visit and brought his favorite PS3 NBA game with him to play with seeing that I've been boasting about my latest 10.6" build. So, here he is playing it on my PS3 using his Bluetooth ear piece while on-line. His comments were he can't get over the size compared to a regular TV.

It is loads of fun and the big screen seems to just mesmerize people...
But as slong as we are talking console games...I REALLY enjoyed the last Middle earth game on the big screen. Its just too cool with a lifesize toon whomping on hapless orcs...
