I ordered the Venture Uni-Form Pulse lamp kit from:
[edited by OKflyboy - Link removed]

It arrived in the mail, but it has more wires than I was expecting, and I am unsure how to wire it. I was hoping someone who is familiar with this lamp/ballast could help me out. I can post a diagram of what wires come out of where if necessary. Thanks in advance

Have you had any luck with this yet? I think that most of these ballasts today are somewhat prewired. So this shouldn't be too tough. If you don't have a spec sheet or wiring diagram with this here is a link to the PDF. Venture uniform ballast PDF I believe that the model # on that ballast is V90D7612. This is known as a quad tap or multi tap ballast meaning that it has four different voltage inputs. If you are on 120V (orange on the diagram) then just find that wire on the ballast and hook it to your line in (black wire in U.S.). The other three inputs are not used; cap them off with wire nuts to be safe. There; four of your wires are taken care of. I believe that most of the rest of the wires are pretty much prewired for you, If not just follow the color coding on the wiring diagram. Also attach the green ground wire from your plug to the metal mounting bracket with one of the mounting screws. Hopefully this is enough info to get you going.

If you have any more questions just ask and I will keep an eye out for your post.

Good Luck

DeathRay,
Thank you for the response. I got it wired after contacting Dave at lighting unlimited (where I bought it). He pointed me in the right direction to find the wiring diagram. I currently to do not have the green wire hooked up to anything, but I'll be sure to ground it to the mounting bracket when I mount it in the case. Thanks again.
