Ok, so i got my bulb working i had everything out of the box and had the box up near my fire place, the bulb as starting every time fine, then i put everything back in the box and had it back in my garadge, i have yet to get it to light once, it will fire tons of times but not light, ive redone the contacts a million times, so i hooked back up my 250 watt ballast and bulb with the same base and it works fine! any ideas?

also, this isnt to big a prob but it is a little sad, we were taking out one of the fresnle mounts with a power tool and it spun the mount and hit the lcd and cracked it! the crack isint that big but all the pixles in a one inch area around it are black (which means the are stuck and can sometimes be fixed right?) but also, all along the top (crack is in the top corner) there is a one inch line that dosent get signal, it just displays a kinda of static. any ideas?

oh yeah, and never use power tools to take out a fresnle mount without holding it sturdaly.
