Hi Everyone,
I just bought a Proview PL516s from Circuit City on an "Open Box" sale.
I had the guy hook it up to a computer to make sure it worked ok before I bought it, and it does.
I haven't tried stripping it yet, I was hoping that someone on this forum has done one of these already. Any help?

I bought a 516, I found it fairly difficult to strip, lots of very small screws that became stripped out easily. Two FFC's, one small that connected from the side, And one that came from the top, that had a 90 degree angle, which allowed the control board to be swung to the side. I believe an extension would solve the problem of having the ffc in the way of the projection. I fried my control board trying to set up a ground, so now its time to strip my new 520D.
