Shipping Rates and Methods

Lumenlab ships via USPS and FedEx. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost. Shipping costs provided at time of checkout are quotes and may change. We will contact you if there is a drastic change in shipping costs. Lumenlab can ship to virtually any address in the world. To find out how much a shipment will cost add items to your cart and fill out your shipping information on the checkout page. You'll be given shipping options and prices. International orders may be subject to import fees in addition to shipping costs which are outside of Lumenlab's control. Lumenlab will not, under any circumstance, pay for your customs fees. If you believe you are being charged in error you should reject the package. We do everything we can to ensure you are fairly charged, replacement items are clearly marked. Complaints about customs should be addressed to your government or the shipping company.

USPS international airmail can take 4-6 weeks to arrive. 

Tracking Your Package

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with a link to track the package. You can track the status of your order at any time using the link provided in your original email receipt. A note about USPS "tracking". USPS does not actually offer tracking. They offer delivery confirmation. When your package is shipped the status may continue to say that they have not received goods from our warehouse until it is scanned on delivery.

Shipping Damage & Missing Packages

You must report your damaged shipment within 7 days of receipt. If your order is missing it must be reported within 7 days of scheduled delivery date. It may take time to get a replacement while the shipping company investigates the problem. Your cooperation with Lumenlab and the shipping company will help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If you received a damaged shipment you can start the claim process by following our shipping claim instructions.

Incorrect Address Info

We have to pay to reship returned packages. If your package is returned because of an insufficient/incorrect address you will be responsible for reshipping fees. Please double check that your address is correct.

Prices and Ordering from Lumenlab

At this time Lumenlab only accepts orders online. We do not accept phone, fax or e-mail orders or requests for quotes. All pricing quotes on products and shipping are available on the website only. Please visit our store for more information.

Payment Methods We Accept

Lumenlab accepts all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover). We also accept Paypal and eCheck (transfer funds directly from your bank account). We accept Purchase Orders from major institutions, only for orders over $500. To make a Purchase Order please use the online store and select purchase order as your payment method.

Availability and Backorders

Our online store is connected in real-time to our physical inventory. If a product is not in stock that will be clearly indicated before you can purchase the item. There may be an option to purchase an item that is currently on "backorder" or "preorder" and the estimated arrival date will be posted. While we will do our best to meet these estimated delivery dates, these are indeed estimates and their accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Credit Card Security

Security is a top concern at Lumenlab. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server. The store checkout page uses encryption software to keep your information safe and secure.
