If your package was lost or damaged in transit please follow the steps below to initiate a shipping claim. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes and will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Depending upon the circumstances of the loss/damage we may also require you to send the damaged product and/or packaging back to Lumenlab or hold it for a predetermined amount of time. The shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) may wish to send an investigator to your house or place where the delivery was received. Cooperation with Lumenlab and the carrier will help resolve these issues faster.
